About Me

Hello, my name is Kathy Brown and welcome to my “about me” page. I hope this gives you a helpful introduction to who I am, my background, and my approach to therapy.

I am sincere and compassionate, with extensive experience of supporting clients with anxiety, childhood issues, relationship challenges, grief, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and a wide range of related issues. 

My calm and patient demeanour, combined with my high sensitivity and personal insight of neurodivergence, enhances how I connect, empathise and support every client. 

I am respectful of individual differences and continuously strive for self-improvement.  I am deeply ethical and always prioritise the best interest of my clients.

Personal Therapy

I undertook personal therapy throughout my degree and training.  This is a vital process that fosters deep self-awareness, and a grounded empathic, clear presence to each session.
